The 2026 Formnext Asia Shenzhen Exhibition concluded successfully from August 26 to 28. As a dedicated practitioner in the metal 3D printing industry, Vallaury showcased its robust strengths in green smart factory solutions, a full lineup of material products covering seven end-user application sectors, and the RC100% recycled titanium alloy. The company fully demonstrated its full-chain manufacturing capabilities spanning powder preparation to material recycling and reuse. Backed by a mature and comprehensive production system, Vallaury ensures large-scale and stable product supply, empowering industry players to explore more possibilities in industrial manufacturing.

01 Green Smart Factory: Full-link Closed-Loop Support for Stable Material Production

Vallaury’s green smart factory is equipped with DCS centralized control system, intelligent screening stations, automatic packaging lines, AGV handling systems, continuous feeding and automatic loading systems. It realizes full-process automation covering raw material warehousing, workshop circulation, production processing, screening and packaging, as well as finished product outbound delivery, and supports full-lifecycle traceability from raw material admission to finished product dispatch.

The smart factory also advances green and low-carbon manufacturing in parallel. By integrating green power application with an energy management and control platform, it enables real-time monitoring and management of energy consumption. Equipped with a dedicated titanium alloy recycling production line, the factory recycles and reuses production residual materials and waste materials, effectively reducing resource consumption throughout the production process.

02 Seven Application Segments: End‑to‑End Matching Solutions from Materials to Components

During the exhibition, Vallaury presented end‑use components and material datasheets covering seven application segments: 3C electronics, thermal management, embodied robots, commercial aerospace, industrial moulds, new‑energy vehicles and sports equipment.

The showcased portfolio ranges from 3C structural parts such as watch cases and frames, to thermal‑management components including heat exchangers and water‑cooled plates; from embodied robot arms and brackets, to aerospace nozzle housings, conformal cooling moulds, automotive grilles and bicycle parts. Each application imposes distinct requirements on material performance, component geometry and forming specifications.

Material selection for end‑use applications does not end with simply picking an alloy grade. Evaluation of component operating conditions, structural design, additive manufacturing forming, post‑processing and batch‑to‑batch stability must all be assessed within the context of specific projects. During the show, Vallaury held technical discussions with visiting clients on these practical challenges, delivering material‑selection and process‑matching solutions tailored for individual projects.

03 RC100% Recycled Titanium Alloy: Re‑integrating Titanium into High‑Performance Manufacturing

The RC100% recycled titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) was one of the key new products featured at the exhibition. It has obtained the SCS Kingfisher Certification with 100 % recycled titanium feedstock content. For residual and waste materials generated during production, Vallaury adopts a closed‑loop recycling route of “oxygen reduction & remediation + remelting and casting + EIGA atomization”. This enables closed‑loop recycling from “industrial waste” to “high‑purity titanium ingots”, and further to “high‑performance powder”.

In terms of performance, printed parts made from RC100% recycled titanium alloy achieve a yield strength of 1019 MPa, ultimate tensile strength of 1111 MPa, and elongation after fracture of 11.8%. Rather than being destined for end‑of‑life disposal, recycled feedstock is re‑introduced into the high‑performance manufacturing system, delivering a more circular‑value material option for titanium alloy additive manufacturing.

04 Exhibition Concludes, Solutions Continue to Be Delivered

Formnext Asia Shenzhen has successfully concluded. Vallaury maintains its continuous technical capabilities and solution delivery covering material end‑use application, large‑scale manufacturing, and in‑production material recycling. Targeting requirements for specific components, material selection, additive manufacturing forming and green circularity, the company provides full‑chain technical support and material solutions from powder to end‑use parts. Vallaury — enabling every gram of metal powder to deliver greater value.
