We integrate the "Dual-Carbon" goals into R&D, powder manufacturing, recycling and other links to reduce production energy consumption from multiple dimensions throughout the whole-chain production process.
We select eco-friendly raw materials and recycle waste materials to maximize material utilization.
While extending low-carbon standards to upstream suppliers, we also expand them to downstream clients, jointly contributing to carbon balance.
Using titanium offcuts, turning chips and powders as raw materials, titanium bars are produced through core processes including deoxidation, densification and forming. After CNC machining, the titanium bars are fed into the Electrode Induction Gas Atomization (EIGA) equipment for re-powdering, yielding 100% recycled titanium alloy powder (RC100).
